"For the sake of all lives" is the motto of the voluntary Sanitary Battalion Hospitallers. Amidst the fighting, the approximately 500 medics provide medical care to both soldiers and civilians. The volunteers come from all walks of life in Ukraine and often leave their jobs to save the lives of their fellow countrymen on the frontline.
